Hey, Best Friend! is a space for women in their 40s who are figuring things out — again. Not because something went wrong, but because life at this age has a funny way of asking you to rebuild, rethink, and rediscover yourself more than once.

I’m not an expert. I don’t have a five-step plan or a perfectly curated life to hand you. What I have is a lot of honesty, a lot of questions I’m still asking myself, and a hunch that if I’m feeling something, a lot of you probably are too.

This is where we talk about the stuff that doesn’t always get talked about — starting over, again and again. What to wear when you’re not sure who you’re dressing for anymore. How to slow down after decades of not knowing how. The relationships, the reinventions, the moments that knock you sideways and the small ones that quietly put you back together.
